Effective Intrusion Response: How SITE-SECURITY Responds to Unauthorized Access

At SITE-SECURITY, we take security seriously and work proactively to ensure that unauthorized persons are not allowed to remain in a protected area. When a person is detected in one of our monitored areas, we set in motion a precise and effective alarm procedure that ensures both a quick notification to that person and a thorough follow-up until we know for sure that the person has left the area.

1. Alarming and Notification with Loudspeaker and Siren

When our system detects unauthorized movement, an alarm is triggered centrally at SITE-SECURITY. The first step is to alert the person that they have entered a restricted area. This is done through a combination of loudspeaker notification and a powerful siren, which immediately alerts the person that their presence has been registered and that they must leave the area immediately. This is an effective first step that, in most cases, causes the person to withdraw quickly from the area.

2. Active Monitoring and Clear Instruction

At the same time as the alarm, we start our visual follow-up. Using cameras, we track the person's movements in real time to ensure they move away from the area. From our control center we can continuously monitor the person and ensure that they have understood the message to leave the premises. The camera surveillance also gives us visual documentation of what is happening, so we can quickly assess whether the person leaves the area voluntarily.

3. Confirmation of Departure from the Area

When the person is outside the protected area, we visually confirm that they are no longer present and end the surveillance. If at any time we judge that the person is still in the area or that they are trying to hide, our response is intensified. In these cases, we call a guard who can quickly come to the area and carry out a physical check.

4. Calling the police in special cases

In rare situations where we observe active theft or vandalism, the police are called immediately. However, this only happens when we have clear documentation of a criminal act in progress. Our clear procedures ensure that the police's time and resources are used effectively and purposefully when needed.

5. A Fast and Accurate Process – Often Under 60 Seconds

This whole process – from the moment the alarm is triggered until we can confirm that the person has left the area – usually takes less than 60 seconds. This quick response time is an important part of SITE-SECURITY's work, and it ensures that we can minimize the risk of damage or theft in the area. Our systems and procedures are designed to create a high degree of security, both for our customers and the people who move around the protected areas.

Summary

SITE-SECURITY's response procedure ensures that we deal with unauthorized access quickly and efficiently. Through loudspeaker alerts, sirens and active surveillance, we can warn and follow people out of areas they do not have access to. Our team is trained to respond with precision and calmness, which means that most cases are closed in less than 60 seconds, without the need for further intervention. Only in cases where there is real and active theft will we involve the police - all to ensure the optimal balance between security and efficiency.
